Once you are ready to start your journey, please fill out the form above.
2) Family Interview
Upon receiving your application, we will contact you to set up a meeting to get to know you better. It’s also an opportunity to ask us questions to ensure COSM is a good fit for your child.
3) COSM Open House
Your family will be invited to attend our open house and experience the COSM campus!
3) Enroll
We will invite you to enroll your child if we agree that it’s an aligned fit for your family. Let the COSM adventure begin!
